Becky Claydon knows her way around the world of craft very competently indeed – so there was never any fear when she decided to take one of my absolute favourites to run with. A pure haiku, a visual style I haven’t been able to replicate as pleasingly and an idea that still strikes me with force three years on.

I love how she hooked onto the visual metaphore of the acorn and brought home (in beautifully neat stitches) how big things can grow even if they start small. I also enjoy the tiny bird and the tiny squirrel a lot.
